As Head of Clinical Education at Pearl, she leads a team focused on practice transformation and clinical performance. Previously, she founded Absolute Dental Business Solutions, a practice management consultancy, and served as an office manager, leading a team of 50 to grow a dental practice with 2,000 monthly hygiene visits. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Loma Linda University and is a Registered Dental Hygienist.
